We have been clients of EYC for 2 years now and could not be happier with the quality, accessibility and genuine care provided by our CoS. I am nominee for my adult child who, over the past 3 years has had several changes in health. Our CoS has stepped up, each and every time we needed help with locating allied health services and special equipment. Relieving me of that added burden has been such a blessing!

Our CoS has been invaluable in organising the time-consuming Yearly Reviews, Change of Circumstance reviews, and the dreaded Review of Reviewable Decision claims with NDIS, not only in the provision of accurate, current information but most importantly, for me, the moral support needed when tackling “the system”.

More recently, I had a health crisis, and our CoS once again came to my rescue suggesting I temporarily “automate” some of the tasks I do for my child (a temporary fix I was incapable of thinking of at that time!).
